Hey everyone!
Vanessa here! 🙂 I just received my new Canon Powershot G7X Mark II late yesterday evening, and I am so excited for the new video possibilities! I did a lot of research for the perfect cam that meets my needs, and although there’s a wealth of info online, it’s been a bit of a learning curve when it comes to non-webcam specs and terminology. lol ;p
I did a few tests today to acclimate to the new camera, get a feel for lighting and sound, and so far, it’s pretty amazing! I cannot wait to start using this camera for future announcements, tutorials, and live at shows that we attend.
Thank you to all who have continued to watch these videos. I look forward to getting the hang of my new equipment and sharing more with everyone in our community!

What an insane past couple of weeks it has been at Streamate HQ! From FOSTA/SESTA updates to the closure of First Choice Pay, Streamate teams got into gear to make sure everyone who is a part of the Streamate fam is covered during this time of transition. Although there are a still a few more kinks to work out following some of these unforeseen events, SM wanted to show gratitude to its model community and to also help everyone stay motivated— so we figured bringing back Bonus Week was an excellent way to do this. 🙂
Happening from 4/22(GMT) through 4/28 (GMT), all models on the Streamate Network with at least $25 in earnings will receive a 20% bonus from Streamate. The bonus amount will be equivalent to 20% of your eligible earnings generated through 4/28 (GMT). ex: If you have $1000 in eligible earnings, then Streamate will give you a $200 bonus (20%).
Note: Eligible earnings excludes Video Sales, Cammodels, TopSpot adjustments, Partner Site, and Gold Club earnings, which do not count towards your bonus earnings.

We’re a mere week away from the largest event for the adult entertainment industry— AVN Week!
This spectacle takes place in Las Vegas every year, and for the past several years, has been hosted at the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino.
WHAT IS AVN WEEK?
The AVN’s are divided up into different segments.
There is Internext at the beginning of the week, which is a show that is dedicated to Business-to-Business (B2B) networking and workshops. Here, you will find companies and reps that handle much of the back-end and business side of our industry: billing, web hosting, traffic, advertising, webmasters, affiliates, studios, production houses, talent agencies, etc.
There is ANE (Adult Novelty Expo) and AEE (Adult Entertainment Expo), which are the main front-facing events for adult novelty companies, talent, film producers, cam companies, agencies, content makers, and everything in between to exhibit and interact with the public. There are also workshops and panels open to attendees and exhibitors.
Finally, the week is capped off with the actual AVN Awards Show on Saturday- a star-studded red carpet event that has been referred to as “the Oscars of Porn.”
WHAT DOES AVN HAVE TO DO WITH STREAMATE?
You may think, what does this have to do with Streamate? So, Streamate does, or has done, business with a good many companies and people that attend AVN Week: they’ve been brought into the SM fold whether directly or indirectly, from billing to traffic, studios, affiliates, talent, and so on. This show goes far beyond exhibiting. It’s about networking- building new relationships and maintaining existing ones. That said, it’s a pretty robust agenda that most people are looking forward to. And this is before mentioning any of the parties and social events!
What’s Streamate’s main involvement for the 2018 show?

For AEE, Streamate is teaming up with our partners, Cherry Pimps and Pornstars.com (both powered by Streamate), in a row of exhibit space located inside of The Joint. Both of our partners will have talent signing from their respective rosters. For this year, Streamate is introducing a different concept to the show: a live “interview couch,” where we will be hosting candid chats with talent, companies, and show go’ers direct from the show floor. You can watch our activity daily as we stream onto our Youtube and Periscope channels. Our team will also be capturing the action on all of our other social platforms. Streamate will be hosting our 3rd annual Streamate Model Appreciation Party. The venue this year is the Night Owl Showroom (inside of the Hooters Hotel and Casino, 115 E. Tropicana Ave., Las Vegas, NV 89109). The party kicks off at 10pm and goes through 2am…’ish. You must have a ticket to enter. As of this date, all tickets have been reserved. Do you have your own member site? Now you can offer your fans a free live cam feature through Streamate! Here are the details:
By enabling the “External Site Shows” (ESS) feature on your Streamate profile, you will have the ability to simulcast onto both the Streamate Network and your member site when you go live.
Your member site viewers will be able to watch your Streamate live cam show for free. At the same time, you will appear to Streamate viewers as being in a continuous “Private” session: they will have the ability to join your ESS show by agreeing to pay your per-minute rate.
Keeping your loyal members happy and still earning a per-minute rate from visitors on the Streamate Network… I’d say it’s a win!

How much does it cost for the ESS feature?
It is a complimentary feature for Streamate models.
How do I get this feature?
Simply write into Streamate Model Support with a request, and be sure to provide the URL to the exact page within your member’s site where you’d like your Streamate profile to appear. Support will then send you 2 codes that you (or your webmaster) can paste onto your member site. The codes will be accompanied by instructions on how to use this feature.
Is ESS always “on” on my member site?
No. There will be a switch on your Streamate chat interface to turn the feature “on” or “off.” If your ESS is “off,” viewers on your member site will only be able see you when you’re in Free Chat.
Does ESS work for Gold Shows too?
Yes. You’ll need to check a box within your Gold Show interface to allow your external site (member site) members to view your Gold Show.
Can I block users during ESS’s?
You will have the ability to block viewers on the Streamate end, but not viewers from your member site during an ESS.
What should I know about ESS?
You can use this feature as often as you’d like, but we recommend doing standard (non-ESS) shows regularly. Only doing ESS shows can potentially have a negative impact on your placement on Streamate.
