How many times have you seen (or done) this on Streamate?
Encouraging viewer interaction in Guest chat is a great way to warm up your chat room, increase your engagement, and even land you more private shows. Traditionally, models have manually added these types of interactive menus (like the example above) by typing a list within their Room Topic indicating what they would do in exchange for a specified amount of Gold (a form of “currency” on Streamate). The downside to this is that it did not always have the best visibility among viewers, nor was it always the most user-friendly.
With interactive menus being such a common practice among performers, it inspired Streamate to add “Gold Menu” as a built-in feature on its new (beta) chat interface, SMConnect!

You asked, Streamate delivered! With Streamate’s ‘NEW’ Music Library feature, models now have the option to enhance their Video Gallery videos by adding music (whether they are ‘for sale’ or ‘free’). Simply download any of the available tracks within Music Library, then overlay the audio on top of video clips using your preferred video editing software. Additionally, tracks from the Music Library can also be played in the background during live streams (Top Spot Gold Shows excluded).

JULY NEWSLETTER UPDATES FOR JULY 12, 2018
HELLLO SUMMER! If you’re in the northern hemisphere, we hope you are enjoying all of the sun and warmth! Streamate decided to heat things up this month with the release of some great new features, including the rollout of its new non-Flash based model chat interface, SMCONNECT, which is now available for all models to try. Get onboard early and give SMCONNECT a test drive! SMCONNECT will eventually replace the current Flash-based chat interface over the coming years (Flash is scheduled to be eliminated from Chrome in 2020 and other web browsers in the near future). You may notice that it is missing a few key features, like Gold Shows and Cam2Cam… don’t worry! Streamate will be adding these features on SMCONNECT as we continue to build it out. 😉 The original (Flash) version of the Streamate Model chat interface will continue to be available as we build out SMCONNECT.
SMCONNECT was built with YOU in mind, so we hope you enjoy some of the new added features that are there to make your live cam experience more streamlined, like color/icon-grouped Quick Responses, dark/light themes, language preferences, and the integration of interactive vibrators (tip vibes)!
Also covered in this update is the multiple-video upload feature (COMING SOON), and new Sort feature under Earnings Reports that will allow you to sort your earnings according to different categories.

Let’s give a hand to the folks at Streamate! I know this has been asked and talked about for… a minute. Well kittens, I’m super excited to report that offline Gold tips are finally here!
On 11/14, all Streamate models received a message in their Inbox entitled ‘New Features for our Mobile Members.’ This message included details about a couple of awesome new features for members accessing Streamate from a mobile device: mobile messaging and device notifications.
Mobile Notifications: Members can now receive notifications on their mobile devices when their favorite models are online! In order to turn notifications ‘on’ for your profile, they’ll simply need to scroll to the bottom of your profile description to select this option. Your biggest fans on Streamate will be in the loop anytime that you log on. Let the fangirling commence.
Mobile Messaging for members: Streamate members accessing the site from a mobile device will have the ability to not only message you from their phone/ipad/tablet, but they will also be able to send you offline Gold within this messaging feature! Here’s how it works in pictures:
The offline tipping feature is currently limited to mobile users, with further expansion to desktop users in the future!
